I stayed at the Hotel Olaya for nearly two months during a research trip this winter and I had a fabulous experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable and immaculate. I plan to return to Hotel Olaya in the near future and give it my highest recommendation!
we only spent a few days there but we will remenber the place! the greetings were beyong expectations. the warmth of the staff and the landlord are very enjoyable. We are greatful to Ruth for her help in organising our trip. everything went smoothly, we had great encounters and went to probably the best spots in the country. She advised us to go to another "family" like hotel in Arequipa where we were greated in a similar way. I would recommand the place for their brillant service and good advices.

Perú siempre fue un destino de los más soñados a lo largo de nuestra vida, gracias a la gran organización y ayuda que nos prestó la familia Olaya a través de Internet, podemos decir que Perú es uno de los destinos que más huella nos ha dejado.
Tanto Ruth en Lima como su padre, el señorJorge en Arequipa, nos trataron como si fuesemos de casa; incluso Ruth nos arregló estupendamente las excursiones al valle del Colca y a Huaraz, destinos difíciles de contratar desde España.
Qué más puedo decir, si incluso nos hicieron pan con tomate en honor a nuestro origen (somos catalanes). Hotel impecable y trato INIGUALABLE, ánimo Ruth y adelante .... Por supuesto, LO RECOMENDAMOS A TODO AQUEL QUE LEA ESTOS COMENTARIOS, no os arrepentireis de trabajar con la familia Olaya.

nous sommes allés à deux reprises à l'hotel Olaya,nous avons été très bien accueillis(dès l'aéroport)et nous ne pouvons que remercier la direction et le personnel de cet hotel qui aété très attentif à notre confort et à notre sécurité

Estuve junto a mi esposa en octubre de 2004 visitando Lima y nos alojamos en el Hotel Olaya. El contacto original fue por internet con la sra. Ruth quien siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos no solo con la reserva del alojamiento sino respondiendo a nuestras dudas relacionadas con donde viajar y por cual medio.
Nos han atendido maravillosamente y guardaremos un excelente recuerdo.
